This refreshing and traditional beer is brewed in a classic black or brown ale style. The malt bill is unusual and intriguing. The beer is hearty, but drinkable. The beer has rough, almost homebrewed, smell, but not in the sad way that Goulash did. It tastes like an older beer, from a more rudimentary brewing time. There are elements of what tastes like a home roasted grain, which is amazing.
